Pickup at Schiphol
Schiphol is large, and the arrivals hall is not where a car may stand still. So we meet at Departures 2, on the upper roadway. That way you know in advance where to walk, even when you are tired and it is busy.

Where are you heading?

Step by step
- 1
Switch your phone on
Straight after landing, before you even reach the baggage belt. The driver gets in touch by call, text or WhatsApp to agree what time you will be outside.
- 2
Collect your luggage
This usually takes 15 to 25 minutes. In that time the taxi drives to Schiphol, so you are not waiting for us and we are not waiting for you.
- 3
Go up to Departures 2
One floor up from the baggage hall, by lift, escalator or stairs. The departure halls sit above the arrival halls.
- 4
Walk out through exit F
The revolving door at Departures 2. Follow the signs outside.
- 5
Cross over and get in
Take the crossing to the outer lane. That is where the car pulls up on your signal. On the upper roadway a car may stop briefly; downstairs at arrivals it may not, and that is why we meet up here.
What the ride includes
- We track your flight on the flight number, so you do not have to report a delay.
- The driver calls you after landing, by call, text or WhatsApp.
- Waiting time is included the fare is settled, even when the baggage belt is slow.
- Day and night on Sundays and public holidays too, with no night rate.
- Luggage and child seats suitcases, a wheelchair, a pushchair — no surcharge.
What you do yourself
Four things, and together they take less than a minute. Without the first we cannot track your flight, and then it becomes waiting after all.
- Give us the flight number when you book. Without it we cannot track the flight.
- Phone on after landing before you are even at the baggage belt.
- Walk to Departures 2 one floor up, and outside through exit F.
- Call if you do not see us +31 251 74 32 23. Quicker than walking around looking.
Frequently asked questions
Why not simply at the arrivals hall?
At arrivals a car is not allowed to stand still; that strip is for buses and for the shuttle dropping off briefly. One floor up, at the departure halls, it is allowed. That is why you walk up rather than us coming down.
How long does it take from landing to outside?
With hand luggage only you are usually outside within twenty minutes. With checked baggage, reckon on an hour at least — the baggage belt is nearly always the longest part of the wait.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number, so we know when you actually land rather than when you were meant to. The driver sets off at the adjusted time. You do not have to tell us anything.
I cannot find the driver. What now?
Call +31 251 74 32 23. We know where the car is and will talk you over in half a minute. Do not walk around looking — calling is quicker.
What does the pickup cost?
The same as the outward trip: for fifteen towns in the region the fare to and from Schiphol is settled, the same amount both ways. VAT included and no surcharge for the night, the weekend or a public holiday. If your town is not listed, enter your address in the booking form.
How do I pay?
With the driver, cash or card in the car. The amount is already settled the moment you book, so nothing is added afterwards.
How many people and cases can travel?
Up to four people in a sedan or estate, five to eight in the van with the luggage in the boot. Tell us how many of you there are when you book; child seats are free, so give us the ages as well.
When do I know the ride is confirmed?
Straight after you send it you get word that the request has arrived. We then check it and send the confirmation, usually within the hour. Only then is the ride settled. In a hurry? Call; we answer day and night.
What does the ride from your town cost?
All fixed fares to Schiphol are on the home page. Or call +31 251 74 32 23.
Not booked yet?
Enter your address in the form at the top of this page and the amount is on screen before you commit to anything. Add the flight number — that is how we track the landing.
Are you there right now?
If you cannot see the car on the upper roadway at Departures 2, call us. We know where it is and will talk you over in half a minute. Walking around looking costs more time than calling.
