Going to the airport is a matter of leaving on time. Coming back is a matter of timing: the driver has to be there when you are outside, not half an hour earlier or later.

Where we meet at Schiphol

Upstairs at Departures 2

We meet on the upper roadway at Departures 2, one floor up from the baggage hall — exactly the spot in this photograph. A car may stop there briefly, so that is where the driver waits for you.

After the baggage belt you walk up, out through exit F, and cross to the outer lane. The driver pulls up on your signal. He calls or messages you as soon as you have landed, so you do not have to go looking.
