Two rides that are nothing alike
Going to the airport is arithmetic: leaving on time. Coming back is waiting: the driver has to be there when you are outside, not half an hour earlier or later.

Upstairs at Departures 2
We do not collect at the arrivals hall downstairs, where it is busy and where you are not allowed to stand still. We meet one floor up, on the upper roadway at Departures 2 — exactly the spot in this photograph.
After the baggage belt you walk up, out through exit F, and cross to the outer lane. The driver pulls up on your signal. He calls or messages you as soon as you have landed, so you do not have to go looking.
Reckon on about twenty minutes with hand luggage, and a good hour if you have checked baggage. The whole procedure, step by step.
To Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Lelystad as well
Since 20 August 2026 a fixed fare per town applies to these three as well, just as to Schiphol. Each has its own table: Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Lelystad. If your town is not listed, or there is a stop on the way, enter the address in the booking form — it works out the route and you see the amount before you confirm.
Coming off the ferry or a cruise ship at IJmuiden and travelling on to an airport or a hotel in Amsterdam? We drive that too. Give us the name of the ship and we know what time you are really ashore — and at which quay, because the ferry and the cruise ships do not berth in the same place.
