Business travel

With us a company pays the same as a private customer. There is no mark-up on a business ride — the same fixed amount, with an invoice in your company name.

The paperwork

How you get the invoice

To be honest, this is not automated. No invoice rolls out of the website — we make it by hand and send it to you. In practice that works fine, but you do have to tell us what should be on it.

  1. 1

    Book the ride as usual

Through the form or by telephone. There is no separate business form and you do not have to create an account.

  2. 2

Put it in the Note field

The company name, the invoice address and any reference or order number. That field comes straight through to the office.

  3. 3

    We send the invoice

After the ride, by email, for your records. You pay the driver as usual, cash or debit card.

Collecting someone

If you have a client collected from Schiphol

That is the ride where the most can go wrong, because you are not there yourself. Two things that help.

  • Give us the flight number

Then the driver keeps an eye on the flight and adjusts his time if the aircraft lands later. Waiting because of a delay costs nothing extra; after landing, 45 minutes' waiting is included.

  • Give your guest's number, not your own

After landing the driver calls or messages the person he is collecting. If your own number is on the booking, that call reaches you while your guest is standing at the exit waiting.

Where exactly the driver waits, and how long it takes before someone with luggage is outside, is set out step by step on the pickup page. Do forward it to whoever you are having collected.

What it costs

There is no business rate

  1. 1The same amount as everyoneThat is unusual enough to be worth saying. Many operators add a mark-up the moment a company name is involved — for the administration, for the invoice, or simply because they can. We do not. Our fare table has one amount per town, and it applies to everyone.
  2. 2No surcharge, not even at nightThe rest of the terms do not change either: no surcharge for the night, the weekend or public holidays, and waiting for a delayed flight costs nothing extra.
  3. 3Regular rides? One arrangementDoes your company travel with us more often — regular rides, several staff, the same arrangement every week? Then one agreement up front is easier than a separate booking each time. Ask us for a quote for that.
