How booking works

Enter your ride
Where you are coming from and where you are going, with the date and time. A stop on the way or a return trip can go straight in as well.

You see the price
Straight away, and before you confirm anything. If your town is in the fare table, that is the fixed amount; otherwise the form works out the route.

Send your request
Name, telephone number and email address. You hear straight away that your request has arrived; once we have checked it, the confirmation follows by email.
What to have to hand
Nothing complicated, but it saves going back and forth if you fill it in at once.

Pickup address
Street and house number. We come to the door.

Date and time
For a flight: the time you want to leave, not the flight time.

Number of people
This decides whether it is a car or a van, and with it the fare.

Flight number
Only for pickups. With it we track your flight, and the driver adjusts to your landing time.
Anything special
Child seats, skis, a wheelchair, an invoice in a company name.
Settle up in the car
You pay the driver at the end of the ride, in cash or by debit card. Nothing is paid in advance, and the amount is fixed the moment you confirm. Travelling on business? You pay the driver as usual, and we send an invoice in your company's name for your records; put the details under Note.
What does the ride from your town cost?
